Software Engineer
Lead business analysis for the Foundation, translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications and process improvements using Agile methodologies and SQL data insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Foundation stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for new and enhanced systems.
- Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process models using BPMN and other diagramming tools.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision‑making and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos) and ensure alignment between business and development teams.
- Support user acceptance testing, training, and post‑implementation reviews to ensure successful adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business systems analysis experience in a complex, service‑oriented environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and process modeling tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality documentation on time.
