About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Analyze complex data sets using SQL and create visualizations and dashboards in Tableau to support decision‑making.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and data models for system development teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain product backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements.
- Conduct gap analyses, recommend process improvements, and support change management initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related advisory role.
- Proficiency with SQL querying and data manipulation.
- Strong expertise in Tableau for reporting and dashboard creation.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and requirement‑tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
