About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of financial product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, refine, and prioritize product backlog items, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage release planning and coordinate with development, QA, and operations to ensure smooth deployments.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex financial concepts into actionable requirements.
- Conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies for new investment solutions and service enhancements.
Requirements
