Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HighRadius Cloud solutions, driving business process excellence and data-driven decision making across finance operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of HighRadius Cloud initiatives, from requirements gathering to deployment and post‑go‑live support.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and system enhancements.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes, identifying automation opportunities and ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Lead change management activities, including training, documentation, and user adoption strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably within finance or ERP environments.
- Hands‑on expertise with HighRadius Cloud modules (e.g., Receivables, Payables, Cash Management).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms and process mapping techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
