About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap for business system architecture, ensuring alignment with product strategy and AI‑driven features.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to deliver high‑quality system enhancements on schedule.
- Analyze data flows, design data models, and implement SQL‑based reporting to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies, propose automation opportunities, and oversee implementation of integration tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or business systems leadership, preferably in SaaS or AI‑focused environments.
- Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating them into technical deliverables.
- Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL, data modeling, and building reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving projects from concept to production.
