Analyze construction business processes, develop data‑driven solutions, and support decision‑making using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from project managers, engineers, and contractors.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and data‑visualization tools.
- Design and optimize workflows within ERP and other construction‑management systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and data‑visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working with ERP or project‑management systems and improving business processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
