About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional analysis and requirements gathering for Guidewire modules, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to design, test, and deploy enhancements across policy, billing, and claims workflows.
- Develop and maintain data models, SQL queries, and reports to support analytics and decision‑making.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise to stakeholders, delivering training and documentation for new features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in insurance technology, with deep knowledge of Guidewire products.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, and solution design.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and cross‑functional team collaboration.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
