We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Process Data Analyst to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will harness your analytical expertise and technical skills to optimize business processes through data-driven insights. Your energetic approach will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support project management efforts, and empower decision-makers with actionable intelligence. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation meets precision, this opportunity is perfect for you to make a meaningful impact!
Business Process Analyst (BPA) is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing end-to-end business processes. The role partners with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, support system integration (ERP/IBP), and enable efficient, scalable ways of working.
The role contributes to process design and transformation initiatives, leveraging business process expertise to support integrated and efficient solutions across the organization. Reporting to the Business Process Owner (BPO), the BPA actively supports defining and delivering the process roadmap for the department and/or function.
The BPA provides the analytical and documentation engine behind the BPO’s process design work. (S)he translates process direction set by the BPO into concrete artefacts (maps, Work Instructions, observation data, and analysis) and supports execution of shadowing, workshops, and continuous improvement activities on the ground.
The BPA does not own process design decisions; that accountability sits with the BPO. The BPA’s value is in rigorous, detail-accurate execution that gives the BPO reliable material to design and decide with.
The BPMO is composed by 6 Business Process Owners (OTC, FTP, PTP, MTD, LOG and RTR) reporting to each department, and multiple Business Process Analysts who reports to BPO.
