Compensation: The salary range for this position is $76,377.60 to $95,472.00 Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Additionally, certain eligible positions may qualify for annual performance-based incentive compensation and/or bonus opportunities.

Job Summary: Compu-Link is searching for a Business Process Automation Analyst.

The Business Process Automation Analyst is responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and scalability across mortgage servicing operations. This position combines expertise in robotic process automation (RPA), business intelligence, database management, and process improvement to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

The analyst partners with business stakeholders to evaluate current processes, design automated solutions, develop bots and reporting tools, and maintain databases and applications that support operational performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Process Automation & RPA

• Analyze existing mortgage servicing processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain UiPath bots and automated workflows.
• Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot automation exceptions.
• Support ongoing optimization of automated processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Create technical documentation for automation solutions, workflows, and support procedures.

Data Management & Database Development

• Design, develop, and maintain databases that support operational reporting and process automation.
• Create and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and data integrations.
