The Role and Your Impact
As an Experience Design Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting the consulting team in the implementation of our management platforms. Your main mission will be to analyze process logic, ensure the proper technical configuration of tools (primarily Qualtrics), and document workflows, guaranteeing that everything operates optimally and meets high-quality standards. Additionally, you will provide cross-functional support for our Experience Management consulting solutions.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Configure, parameterize, and test surveys and workflows within the Qualtrics platform.
- Structure and design dashboards to ensure clear and analytical data visualization.
- Thoroughly document implementation processes, technical specifications, and data flows.
- Analyze databases and operational reports to identify technical anomalies and ensure data accuracy.
- Support training sessions and workshops (in both Spanish and English) to ensure successful user adoption of the tools.
- Provide first-level operational support for incidents or technical questions during projects.
- Proactively coordinate with Project Managers to ensure agreed delivery timelines are met.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2 to 4 years of general experience in roles such as process analyst, software functional support, documentation, or technical platform implementation (ideally in agile environments, startups, or consulting firms).
- Bilingual English proficiency (minimum B2 level), with the confidence and fluency to conduct training sessions, deliver presentations, and interact with clients.
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking to understand process flows, and a highly proactive attitude toward self-learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous knowledge or familiarity with the Qualtrics platform or other Experience Management tools (XM/CX/EX).
- At least 1 year of experience in analyzing, cleaning, and interpreting corporate data.
