About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map, analyze, and improve business processes using BPMN and data‑driven insights.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data with SQL and Excel to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Support the development and documentation of functional specifications, use cases, and user stories for new solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including process maps, test plans, and training materials.
Requirements
