About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for workforce intelligence tools that surface actionable insights for Customer Service Associates.
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms on AWS, integrating machine‑learning models that continuously learn from associate interactions.
- Partner with product, UX, and AI research teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing engineering team, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and agile delivery.
- Drive adoption of data visualizations and dashboards that enable coaches and managers to monitor performance, identify skill gaps, and personalize learning paths.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading data‑focused engineering teams, preferably in a large, fast‑moving consumer‑facing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS services (e.g., Redshift, S3, Lambda, SageMaker).
- Hands‑on experience designing and deploying machine‑learning pipelines and data‑visualization solutions (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight).
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable technical solutions and measurable KPIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional partners.
