Software Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise BI solutions, driving data strategy and analytics across the organization using SQL, ETL, data warehousing, Power BI and Python to deliver actionable insights and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable BI solutions, ensuring data quality, performance, and security across the organization.
- Design and implement data models, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses that support advanced analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, providing stakeholders with real‑time insights.
- Leverage Python for data transformation, automation, and advanced analytics tasks.
- Stay current with industry trends, evaluating new tools and technologies to enhance BI capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BI architecture, data modeling, and ETL development.
- Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and performance tuning.
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI and Python for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
