Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide BI solutions, driving data‑driven insights through advanced data modeling, ETL pipelines, and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Python.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable data warehouses and lakehouse environments to support predictive analytics and market‑share measurement.
- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, lineage, and performance across multiple data sources.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and data models to enable real‑time reporting and ad‑hoc analysis.
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that translate consumer behavior insights into actionable business strategies.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior BI developers and promote best practices in data governance, security, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BI architecture, data modeling, and ETL development.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI (or equivalent BI tools).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data lakehouse concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
