Software Engineer
Business Intelligence Analyst who partners with clinical and technical teams to design, customize, and optimize the Netsmart MyEVOLV platform, translating user needs into automated data solutions while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical staff and business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the Netsmart MyEVOLV platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL to support operational and clinical decision‑making.
- Build and manage ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and timely delivery across multiple source systems.
- Implement data models that reflect healthcare workflows and enable efficient analytics.
- Monitor and enforce cybersecurity and risk‑management policies, ensuring all solutions meet compliance standards.
- Provide training and support to end‑users, fostering self‑service analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL query development and relational database management.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) for creating interactive visualizations.
- Hands‑on experience designing ETL processes and data models in a healthcare environment.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and clinical stakeholders.
