Data Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end BI projects, designing data pipelines, modeling, and interactive dashboards using Python, SQL, Power BI, and ETL tools to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources into a centralized data warehouse.
- Build and optimize data models and dimensional structures to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and user‑friendly design.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that drive decision‑making.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement data governance best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Hands‑on expertise with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and report publishing.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts and experience with tools such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and a passion for continuous improvement.
