POSITION SUMMARY The Business Information Analyst serves as the Contract's authoritative owner of Adverse Legal Action (ALA) case data and reporting. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of ALA case information, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, integrity, and traceability of all case-related reporting and data. The Business Information Analyst supports the Project Manager by producing CMS-required reports, responding to ad hoc analytical requests, maintaining reporting standards, and leveraging advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve operational insight and reporting performance.
The Business Information Analyst applies AI-assisted data quality and analytical techniques to identify trends, anomalies, performance risks, and data inconsistencies while ensuring that all outputs remain compliant with the Task Order Statement of Work (TO SOW), ALA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), CMS policies, and applicable federal requirements. AI-generated findings are used to augment decision-making and operational performance; however, all insights, recommendations, and final products are reviewed and validated by qualified personnel prior to implementation or submission.
