About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new trade kitchen customers, building strong face‑to‑face and phone relationships.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding customer projects and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and keep the sales pipeline active and forecast‑ready.
- Collaborate closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to align on customer needs and sales strategies.
- Track sales metrics, update CRM data accurately, and provide regular reports to the depot team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the kitchen or home‑furnishing sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced depot environment.
