Lead data-driven initiatives to boost enrollment and marketing ROI by building predictive models, analyzing trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies using Python, SQL, and advanced machine learning techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models to forecast enrollment trends and student success metrics.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights that inform marketing spend and program development.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate results to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine models and analytical processes to improve accuracy and impact.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with predictive modeling.
- Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Background in higher education analytics or a related field is a plus.
