Business Data Analyst who consolidates multi‑channel sales data, builds interactive dashboards, and uncovers performance trends to guide strategy for a fast‑growing consumer brand.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and integrate sales data from Shopify, Amazon (India & US), Etsy, and B2B platforms.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor revenue, units sold, growth trends, and channel profitability.
- Perform deep‑dive analyses to identify sales opportunities, pricing impacts, and operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Automate recurring data pipelines and reporting processes to ensure timely, accurate information delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within e‑commerce or consumer retail.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and statistical analysis.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and dashboard creation.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large, multi‑source datasets and deliver clear, business‑focused insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing cross‑functional stakeholders with data‑driven recommendations.
