About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain HR data models and reporting solutions using SQL and Python.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee performance analysis.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to translate business requirements into analytical specifications and actionable insights.
- Perform data quality assessments, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy of HR metrics.
- Automate recurring data extraction and reporting processes to improve efficiency and timeliness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field with 2–4 years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python for data cleaning and analysis.
- Strong hands‑on experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of HR data domains (e.g., headcount, turnover, compensation) and ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
