Entry‑level Business Data Analyst who transforms supply‑chain data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to support operational strategy and performance improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and model large datasets from ERP, WMS, and transportation systems to support supply‑chain decision making.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI that visualize key performance indicators for operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions and recommend process improvements.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis using SQL and Python to identify trends, root causes, and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Document data definitions, analytical methodologies, and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience building visualizations and dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Python (pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and scripting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
