Business Architect responsible for defining capabilities, value streams, and target operating models, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive strategic transformation and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define and prioritize business capabilities, value streams, and target operating models.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts, including process maps, capability models, and roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture requirements and align business objectives with technology solutions.
- Analyze current state operations, identify gaps, and recommend improvement initiatives that deliver measurable value.
- Support the implementation of Agile and Lean practices to accelerate delivery and enhance cross‑functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business or enterprise architecture, preferably within professional services or consulting.
- Proven ability to model business processes, capabilities, and value streams using industry‑standard frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior executives.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
