Software Engineer
Lead cross‑functional teams to design, analyze, and optimize business processes and information systems using Agile, SQL, and UML, driving efficiency and value for clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into detailed system specifications and use cases.
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements using process mapping and UML diagrams.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story acceptance.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions.
- Conduct data analysis with SQL to support decision‑making and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business or systems analysis within a technology‑driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and creating UML diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and client value.
