About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high‑performing analytics team to deliver actionable insights that improve patient access and operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and dashboards using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, to forecast trends and optimize processes.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all analytics initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business analytics or data science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and AWS data services.
- Strong background in data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior executives.
- Experience in the healthcare or life‑sciences industry is highly desirable.
