Lead the design and delivery of enterprise analytics solutions for fiscal governance, driving data strategy, reporting, and insights using SQL, Python, Tableau, and strong financial analytics expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a unified workforce analytics system of record for the PCIO fiscal governance function.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data models, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance across financial datasets.
- Partner with finance, technology, and operations stakeholders to provide actionable insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Mentor junior analysts, promote best practices in analytics, and drive continuous improvement through Agile delivery cycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics or data engineering within a financial services environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to create data models and implement data governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of leading analytics initiatives in an Agile setting.
