About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large volumes of customer and transactional data to uncover emerging fraud patterns and trends.
- Develop and refine fraud detection models using Python, SQL, and machine learning techniques.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau to visualize key fraud metrics and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable fraud alerting rules.
- Evaluate model performance with statistical tools and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in fraud detection or risk management.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
- Hands‑on experience with Tableau or similar data visualization platforms.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, decision trees, and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
