About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to support collaboration and enablement initiatives.
- Extract, transform, and load data from enterprise systems via SQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling in Python to uncover trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Document data models, data lineage, and analytical methodologies for governance and repeatability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics or data analysis roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python (pandas, NumPy).
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with hypothesis testing and regression.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
