About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full BI project lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, and post‑deployment support.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert on data architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant data models across domains.
- Lead complex, cross‑domain initiatives, including tool migrations, platform modernization, and large‑scale automation of data pipelines.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable analytics solutions and actionable insights.
- Champion innovation in analytics tools and techniques, continuously improving the BI stack to support data‑driven decision making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise BI solutions, preferably in a large, multi‑domain environment.
- Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and ETL/ELT processes; experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving architectural modernization and automation initiatives.
