Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and support strategic decisions across product, marketing, and sales functions.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, ensuring real‑time visibility of key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to predict market dynamics and optimize product performance.
Document data sources, methodologies, and insights to support reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business analytics or data analysis within a consumer goods or similar industry.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
