About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document system scopes and objectives based on user needs and industry standards for VR programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, trainers, and IT teams, to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and support the development of IT solutions.
- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with regulatory and compliance requirements for disabled individuals.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user acceptance testing to validate solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in Vocational Rehabilitation, especially Employment and Training programs for disabled individuals.
- Proven background in business analysis within IT or related fields.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
