About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data pipelines and models to support trade surveillance and anti‑money‑laundering monitoring.
- Analyze large volumes of trading data to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential regulatory breaches.
- Collaborate with technology and compliance teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for stakeholders to monitor surveillance metrics.
- Produce documentation and support regulatory reporting submissions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience programming in Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Strong understanding of trade surveillance concepts, AML, and financial market regulations.
- Ability to create clear, actionable visualizations and reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
