Longevity Holdings is seeking a Business Analyst to play a meaningful role in the fast-paced application development of our growing company. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and problem solver who can contribute to a team as we build internal and client-facing data and workflow tools. They must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic business and technical environment. They can add value across the entire development process demonstrating an ability to communicate and think critically in areas of process optimization, requirements gathering, feature design, project management, testing, user training and support.
Responsibilities:
- Translate requirements to clearly defined and easily understood documents for both technical implementation and stakeholder feedback
- Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate the negotiation of requirements and process improvements
- Support users by answering questions, troubleshooting issues with existing tools and providing tactical solutions when needed
- Manage against time and resource constraints and communicate effectively to cascade priorities and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Proven leadership, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Quickly learns business and complex processes
- Ability to achieve objectives with minimal guidance or supervision
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Consideration Given For:
- Experience working with application development
- Demonstrated success with execution of BA deliverables for large projects including, but not limited to: business requirements, use cases, gap analysis, functional specifications, systems/workflow diagrams, data mapping, functional test plans, scope documents
- Interest and Experience in Web Interface Design
- Experience with agile framework
Hybrid, 1 day/week in Fort Washington, PA or Minneapolis, MN office (may consider an approved remote state for qualified internal applicants).
