About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Salesforce functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, and test Salesforce enhancements that support fund administration workflows.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements, use cases, and data mapping for new features and integrations.
- Conduct data analysis, cleanse, and validate data migration projects to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, provide training materials, and support end‑user adoption.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Salesforce and related systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Objects, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, Lightning).
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into functional solutions and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
