About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer value.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Track product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in enterprise software environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Experience with data‑driven decision making and product analytics tools.
