Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain integration solutions for pension and benefits platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system compatibility.
- Lead special implementation projects from requirements gathering through testing and rollout, adhering to Agile timelines.
- Perform detailed business analysis to translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve recurring system issues, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement preventive measures.
- Generate reports and dashboards using SQL to monitor implementation progress and post‑deployment performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or implementation roles focused on pension, benefits, or HR systems.
- Proficiency with integration tools and configuration (e.g., APIs, middleware) and strong SQL query skills.
- Hands‑on experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and communication skills to interact with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
