About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards that surface key business metrics for omnichannel pricing and promotions.
- Write high‑quality, performant SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets covering pricing, promotions, and customer purchase behavior.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses to evaluate the impact of pricing and promotional tactics on sales, margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product, merchandising, and finance partners to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Develop and document analytical frameworks, data models, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and scalability across the team.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience querying complex, high‑volume data warehouses.
- Hands‑on experience creating data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze pricing, promotions, and customer behavior data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.
