About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with laboratory stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for LMS initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos) to ensure alignment between product owners, developers, and QA.
- Support platform‑level architecture decisions, focusing on cloud‑hosted environments, system integrations, and data pipelines.
- Conduct gap analysis, propose solutions, and validate deliverables against laboratory workflows and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in laboratory or HLA settings.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms, data integration, and cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of laboratory processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
