About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Change Requests, ensuring timely delivery and proper testing.
- Provide L1 production support, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate escalations to maintain system stability.
- Design and deliver user training sessions, create user manuals, and develop support documentation.
- Assist in aligning IT solutions with business objectives and monitor post‑implementation performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis within an IT environment.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, change management, and incident support.
- Excellent communication and training abilities for diverse user groups.
- Familiarity with documentation tools and basic understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
