Data Analyst
Business Analyst needed for a 6‑month fixed‑term project to implement HR, workforce management and learning management systems, driving requirements, process redesign, data readiness and testing across a large education organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, WFM and LMS stakeholders to elicit, document and validate functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Map current processes, identify gaps and design streamlined workflows for the new platforms.
- Prepare and cleanse data sets, ensuring data quality and readiness for migration.
- Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve defects.
- Support change management activities, including training material creation and end‑user support during go‑live.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on HRIS, WFM or LMS implementation projects.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and data migration.
- Hands‑on experience with testing methodologies and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, fixed‑term environment.
