Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in healthcare IT, focusing on HIS/EMR implementation, requirement gathering, workflow mapping, testing, data validation, and stakeholder coordination.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements for HIS/EMR projects.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and workflow documentation.
- Map current (As‑Is) and future (To‑Be) clinical and administrative workflows.
- Coordinate testing activities, perform data validation, and support user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, training sessions, and go‑live support.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare IT, specifically HIS or EMR implementation.
- Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document requirements and process flows.
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows in hospitals or clinics.
- Experience with testing, data validation, and end‑user training.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
