Business Analyst for the STP Communication

Role Overview

Join the Straight Through Processing (STP) Tribe as a Business Analysis Specialist to translate business requirements and processes into detailed documentation, leading requests for changes to specifications. Identify business solutions to meet end-user needs, establish domain-specific business knowledge, and act as the main point of contact for business support.

What You Will Do

Document business requirements, develop effective relationships with business units, and act as a liaison between IT development and design and business units. Assist in resolving criticality of requirements, prepare communications, and make business presentations on business solutions and system improvements.
