Business Analyst, Field Support Supplier Quality Engineer - Genpact

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end process analytics initiatives to identify inefficiencies and recommend data‑driven improvements across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and monitor AI‑powered solutions that enhance supplier quality and operational performance.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyze large datasets, creating actionable insights and visual dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, best‑practice guidelines, and training materials for continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment of analytical projects with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI) and experience with AI/ML concepts.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, supplier quality metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven setting.
