About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and frontline staff within the People Hub and Security Intelligence Collator teams.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records, including data entry, filing, and document management using Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and briefing documents for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, verify, and disseminate information while safeguarding sensitive data.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and support the execution of departmental projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a public sector or security environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise documents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
