About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare detailed electrical contract documents for power distribution, lighting, and building automation systems.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to integrate electrical solutions into overall project plans.
- Utilize CAD and BIM software to create accurate drawings, perform load calculations, and ensure compliance with local codes and sustainability standards.
- Lead field verification, equipment selection, and coordination with subcontractors during construction.
- Provide technical support for commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical installations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in building electrical design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit) and power system analysis software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
