Lead the maintenance and optimization of plant floor building and electrical systems, ensuring peak performance through troubleshooting, calibration, and device adjustments using advanced HVAC and electrical engineering techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues in building and plant floor systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical components.
- Calibrate and adjust devices to maintain optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement system upgrades and preventive maintenance plans.
- Document troubleshooting steps, calibration results, and maintenance activities in technical logs.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Systems Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in building systems maintenance or plant floor engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and control systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting tools, calibration equipment, and maintenance software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
