About the Role
At brutal.ai, a spin-off of GoStudent, you will help shape the future of entire industries. Together with founders Felix Ohswald and Gregor Müller, you will build an entirely new product: an AI operating system for businesses. Our goal is to scale this system across industries – gastronomy is currently our first focus and starting point.
We combine state-of-the-art AI technology with real business problems and build solutions that operationally relieve companies and automate growth – today, for example, for restaurants from website & SEO to delivery, reviews, and loyalty, tomorrow for many more industries.
You are not a classic Sales Manager – you are a Builder in the field. You bring our AI product directly to entrepreneurs, understand their challenges, and translate technology into real business impact.
Responsibilities
The perfect combination – You manage Field Sales & Consulting:
- Active Customer Acquisition (Field + Warm Leads): You work with existing leads and additionally actively go into the field. You contact entrepreneurs (currently mainly restaurant operators), arrange appointments, and expand your own pipeline.
- Consultative Sales on site: You conduct personal discussions with decision-makers, understand their pain points, and demonstrate how brutal.ai can specifically increase revenue and automate processes.
- Sell AI solutions, not just explain them: You sell a holistic AI system that automates operational tasks and drives growth – currently, for example, in gastronomy:
- Automatic website & landing page creation
- SEO & content generation
- Commission-free delivery network
- Google Business Setup & Management
- Automated review responses
- Table reservations & loyalty systems
- Consulting & Closing: You conduct structured sales discussions, convince entrepreneurs, and independently close deals.
- Market Feedback & Product Proximity: You are close to the customer and bring insights directly into the product team – what's missing, what works, what scales.
Requirements
- Very good German language skills (C2) – you convince in direct customer discussions on site.
- Experience in Field Sales or Consultative Sales.
- Hunter-Mindset & Drive – you want to close deals, not just hold conversations.
- Strong Communication & Closing Skills.
- Hands-on mentality – Early Stage, high ownership, little structure.
- Interest in AI & digital products.
- Entrepreneurial thinking & initiative.
