Design and evolve brand identity and design systems for a fast‑growing fintech platform, creating cohesive UI experiences across web and mobile using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures visual consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Create high‑fidelity UI mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows for web and mobile applications.
- Define and evolve brand guidelines, including visual language, typography, color palettes, and iconography.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate business goals into intuitive design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on improvements.
- Mentor junior designers and champion best practices in design quality and accessibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, brand, or systems design, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
- Expert proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design system creation and brand identity work.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design‑to‑development handoff processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions across cross‑functional teams.
