About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead platform governance, ensuring configuration, security, and compliance standards are met across all Boomi deployments.
- Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable integration strategies and provide technical guidance to application teams.
- Oversee platform operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Boomi instances.
- Plan and execute rollouts of new Boomi features and releases, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to minimize disruption.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best‑practice guidelines for Boomi usage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Boomi iPaaS or similar integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and data transformation.
- Hands‑on experience with platform monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process automation.
