Blow Molding Process Development Engineer

As a Blow Molding Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing blow molding processes for thermoplastic products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes, troubleshoot production issues, and improve product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blow molding technology, as well as experience with Python programming and machine learning algorithms. Familiarity with AWS cloud-based tools and experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment are also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize blow molding processes for thermoplastic products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve product quality
• Design and implement process improvements using machine learning algorithms
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in blow molding process development or a related field
• Strong understanding of blow molding technology and process principles
• Experience with Python programming and machine learning algorithms
• Familiarity with AWS cloud-based tools
